Mavis
10mo old female Siberian Husky Mix
Mavis is a very sweet young girl in search of her forever home. She is crate-trained and 90% of the way there as far as potty-training – she is being surrendered as her family will no longer have enough time to continue to work with her and want her to go to a home that will give her all of the attention and love she craves and deserves. As far as temperament, she is very sweet and calm for her age. She doesn’t jump up a ton, but will definitely counter-surf if left unattended. She is still in the puppy phase and has a few minor training issues that will require some attention.
She is food-motivated and loves to eat and will likely have some great training results with attention and treats. She is great with other dogs and tends to be more submissive, making her an easy addition to the family! Her foster family say she is great with their children, but think she should go to a home where children are 3+. She craves attention and stimulation and wants to learn!
