Chupacabra is Siren’s puppy, born 9/12/23. Siren came from Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and his mother was pregnant when she came into the shelter. His litter was set to be aborted within 2 weeks of his mother giving birth, with all puppies having formed skeletons at the time of rescue. Siren ended up testing positive for tick fever, and her third puppy got stuck in delivery resulting in an emergency c-section being performed. We fortunately were able to have 8 puppies delivered successfully. We will share updates as Chupacabra grows up!
