Adoption Fees
We try to keep our adoption fees as reasonable as we can, while also guaranteeing we provide all of our huskies with the very best care. We do this to give you the peace of mind that you are adopting a fully vetted and healthy husky!
All our huskies get:
- DHPP (parvo/distemper) vaccination, and all appropriate boosters for puppies
- Rabies vaccination
- Bordatella vaccination
- Microchip, registered and transferred upon adoption
- Spay/Neuter
Additional medical that all huskies from the shelter or unknown backgrounds receive:
- Bloodwork with urinalysis
- For those with irregular bloodwork or urinalysis, additional frequent testing includes:
- Urine culture
- Valley Fever testing
- Tick Fever profile
Medical Huskies
We take in many medical needs huskies, and our adoption fees don’t come anywhere near covering these costs – we are fortunate enough to receive donations and grants to help with their care. Conditions we have treated include but are not limited to:
- Valley Fever (frequently)
- Tick Fever (frequently)
- Gastrointestinal issues (frequently)
- Broken bones
- Amputations
- Nerve damage
- Sarcoptic + Demodectic mange
- Entropion
- Gunshot wounds
- Severe burns and skin conditions
- Glaucoma
- Seizures
- Heartworm
