1 yr old Female Siberian Husky, bonded to Balto
This dynamic duo have been with us for a LONG TIME. Please share to help them find their perfect forever home. As a bonded sibling pair, they must stay together. These siblings came to us from Clovis, NM. The pair grew up together, spending the majority of their time outside. They had limited human interaction and when they made their way to us, they were definitely on the timid side. Thankfully in the last 7+ months (YES over half a year! Half their lives!) that they have been with us, they have really come out of their shell. They are absolutely THRIVING in their foster home. They come running for snuggles and are the sweetest mild-tempered huskies!
They love going on neighborhood jogs and hiking adventures with their foster dad. As a bonded pair, they’re best when they’re together. They’ve come such a long way from when we met them last summer and we can’t wait to find them the perfect home. They are great pups overall – they have some of your typical husky mischievous tendencies and goofy personality traits. At just over a year old, they still are very much puppies and will need an owner who is dedicated to meeting their exercise needs. Thanks to the work of their foster, they do well (for huskies) on a leash.
They could do okay with a dog-savvy cat, but we would want to start with an introduction to make sure everyone gets along! These two are just begging to finally have their own permanent forever family. They haven’t spent a ton of time around kids, but based on their initial shyness, we think a home with children over 12 would be best for them.
We will do meet and greets for any potential qualified applicants to ensure everyone is comfortable! Twice the cuteness. Twice the fun. Twice the love. Please consider giving these two gorgeous siblings a chance – you won’t regret it!
