Keke
2-3yr old female Siberian Husky
Keke is ready for her forever home! She was found as a stray and after searching for several weeks, her finder surrendered her to us. We had her updated on vaccinations and spayed, and she is now ready for a home of her own!
She is very sweet and loving, and loves to play with other dogs. She has a lot of energy and can be pretty jumpy too -as far as temperament, she would do just fine with children and shows zero aggression, but she is very active and may jump and knock over small children. She also doesn’t seem to know boundaries as far as trying to take food from humans (more in a sneaky way, not in a mean way), so she may need some guidance and training here.
She definitely shows typical husky mischief and should be considered a bit of an escape artist. She will try to back out of her harness or collar and slip it if you give her the chance, and needs 6′ fencing to contain her in a yard. She is mostly potty trained as well, but has shown a desire to mark over spots where other dogs have previously gone potty indoors. So again, may just need some training and guidance.
She is sweet, loving, snuggly and playful and will make an amazing pet for someone with the patience to give her all the guidance and love that a young husky needs!
