4.5yr old female Siberian Husky
The beautiful, sweet, easy-going girl is looking for a forever home! She is super sweet and definitely more on the submissive side; unfortunately she was living with a much more dominant female husky and there were quite a few fights breaking out because of this – her former owner made the very difficult decision to keep the more dominant one and enlist our help to find a better-suited home for sweet Jazzy.
Unlike your typical husky, she isn’t super high energy! She is just as content to sit and binge-watch some shows with you as she is to go for a walk. She does great with the easy-going male husky in her foster home, and as a bonus she is also fantastic with kitties!
She loves attention from her humans and will beg for more belly rubs. When she knows it’s time to walk she is ready she may pull here and there but she definitely enjoys herself and loves to be outside with you. The only escape-tendency her foster has seen so far is that she will go right out an open door if she gets the chance – completely normal for the breed, but something for her new owner to know.
She is fully potty trained and she will wake you up if she really needs to go. She would be a fantastic starter husky for the right owner – she is at the perfect age where she isn’t full of puppy behaviors, has been very well socialized, and has a fantastic temperament. On top of being good with cats, she is also good with kids!
Right now jazzy has an ear infection and does need some ear cleaning/ear care that her foster has been tending to; we will schedule a follow-up appointment with a vet to check up on the status of her ear infection to be sure she is all better before we finalize her placement!
