Snow is a very sweet, well-mannered girl! She’s at just the right age for a husky where she still has plenty of energy for playtime and exercise, but also is content to snooze near you as well. She does well with other dogs, though does still need to be spayed to prevent any hormonal conflicts (which will be done prior to adoption).
She comes to us from the Casa Grande Animal Shelter. She was found as a stray and stayed there through her stray hold with no owner turning up. She was microchipped, but the phone number attached was disconnected. We did a little further digging and were actually able to get ahold of her original owner though! Turns out she originally got Snow as a puppy in Las Vegas, Nevada! She said that Snow was stolen from her after only several months about 5 years ago now! She is not in a position to take her back after all of this time but is very glad to know she is safe. So we are working on finding her the perfect home now – and we have no clue how she got from Vegas to Casa Grande!
We are recommending a home with only older children because she doesn’t seem to always understand the cues of small kids, and likely wasn’t raised around any. She seems to be pretty well potty-trained also.
She will be available soon, or is available now to a foster-to-adopt home willing to work with us on transporting her to her remaining medical appointment(s)!
Adoption fee is $250. She comes spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
