Oliver is a 2.5 year old male husky mix. He was found and surrendered to us from the Bisbee Animal Shelter in Southern Arizona. He would be a a wonderful addition to any home. He has a sweet gentle temperament and we believe he would be just fine with children, if supervised and introduced properly.
He currently lives with 4 other dogs and does great – he loves meeting and playing with new dogs. At the dog park, he is good with introductions with unfamiliar dogs, people, and kids. He has even been introduced to a cat, who he chose to ignore. He is very playful, attentive, smart, and loves human attention. He loves to cuddle!
He is in need of a new loving home that can provide positive training, good nutrition, daily exercise and much deserved love. Oliver has shown to be a bit of a chewer, though this could be encouraged/aided by other dogs in the house. Has not been in a kennel in his foster home so we are uncertain how he would do, but that type of training may be needed at first. He needs someone willing to put in time and work with him to allow him to become the best version of himself – though he is already super sweet to begin with!
Please fill out an application if interested in meeting him.
