Juno was found dragging a broken chain collar from his neck. He was underfed and very dirty, and we believe he was likely kept outside chained in a yard. He has gained weight gotten used to household life with other dogs, and we believe he is ready for a loving forever home.
He is a very sweet boy and has shown no aggression. He will guard food in the sense that he will bark at other dogs to back off if they try to come near his down while he is eating, but he doesn’t snap or growl and has shown zero human aggression.
He is a typical husky in that he will try to run past you out a door if given the chance and can be very jumpy and high energy. These are all things that he was just likely never taught as a pup and will need ongoing training. He is great with other dogs, though we have only had him around large dogs so far. May need caution with small children due to energy levels.
