Sonya is estimated to be approximately 1 year old, she has tons of puppy energy and is very agile – she has quite a high jump and can clear right over a baby gate! She was found in West Phoenix as a stray, and no owner ever came forward after our search. She is a very petite girl, weighing in at only 38lbs. She has a beautiful white/red coat, and is just the sweetest, most friendly dog. Seems to love all people and is great with the other dogs in her foster home. No food or toy aggression issues. Has not been tested with small children – only concern would be potentially jumping on them with her puppy energy! Would recommend a home without cats since a typical young husky is likely to have a prey drive. Sonya has had her first set of shots and will be spayed and get her final booster shots early/mid August – once she is recovered from her spay she will be ready to go to her forever home!
